Just below the KBS Tower on the Gapcheon River lies the immense Daejeon Government Complex. The government complex was built in the 1990s as part of the effort to decentralize Seoul and move ministries to Daejeon. The national patent office and national patent court are located here, making it a center for technology, as is the military procurement office. If you are interested in technology law, this is the place to be. Also home to the government offices for Seo-gu district.
